A More Personalized Delivery of Evidence-based Treatment

Your family will receive support from a 3-person dedicated care team including a psychiatrist, therapist, and exposure coach who work together throughout treatment. Care includes individual/family/group and caregiver therapy, dedicated exposure coaching, and, if needed, medication management. We tailor intensity of treatment as needed and we walk right along with families, crisis through recovery, at the right pace to get the best possible outcome.

How it Works

We know it’s likely been a struggle just to get this far, but now we’re with you, every step of the way. Our process is simple—we adjust the treatment plan and level of support according to your needs while ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Family-centric Care Enhanced by Being Virtual

InStride Health is led by two Harvard-trained co-founders of the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP) at McLean Hospital (a Harvard Medical School affiliate), ranked #1 in America for psychiatric care. Our approach puts families at the center of care, surrounding them with treatment that works for them and with them. By using everyday tools like text, chat and video, our care teams support kids, teens and young adults as they face their fears out in the real-world. This real-world, real-time approach allows for skills to be practiced in settings where they matter most which accelerates learning and helps build lasting resilience.

Focused where the need is greatest

Anxiety is the most common pediatric mental health disorder. We serve kids, teens, and young adults across the full outpatient spectrum.

Broad mental health expertise

We work with children, teens, and young adults who struggle with a range of anxiety disorders and OCD, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, and selective mutism.

More accessible treatment

With InStride, treatment is covered by insurance, eliminating one of the biggest barriers to traditional mental health care. Additionally, coordinated care brings therapy, medication management, and coaching together “under one roof,” giving you convenient access to all your care where and when you need it.

Mobilizing the patient's entire support system

To serve kids, teens, and young adults more effectively, we also provide support and training for parents, caregivers and families, and we collaborate with pediatricians and schools.

We’re in your corner advocating with you and for you. Together, we can help you recapture your freedom and live the life you want.

Meet the Heart of Our Team

Dr. Mona Potter and Dr. Kathryn Boger are Harvard-trained clinicians who spent almost three decades combined in the academic world. They are co-founders of the nationally-recognized McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP). As leaders and innovators in the field of child and adolescent mental health, their groundbreaking work has helped countless families.

But their credentials only tell part of the story. It’s their passion for truly helping those who are struggling that sets them apart.
