Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is characterized by excessive, hard-to-control worry that can significantly disrupt the daily lives of children, teens, and young adults. In this webinar, InStride Health members Nicole Tran, LCSW, Amy Polanco, LICSW, and Charlotte Lively, LISW, will provide a deep dive into recognizing symptoms and common "thinking traps", from academic perfectionism to health anxiety. Attendees will learn to identify common worry behaviors and explore gold-standard treatment strategies, specifically CBT with exposures, to help youth reduce avoidance and build long-term resilience.

This webinar is specifically designed for providers, mental health professionals, and school personnel seeking to expand their knowledge and tools in addressing GAD.
