Exposure coach
Guides you through practicing exposures where anxiety and OCD actually show up: school, restaurants, grocery stores, social situations. Connects by text, video, and phone during and between sessions to keep you accountable and make sure progress sticks.
Psychiatrist
Part of your care team from day one. When medication is clinically indicated, your New York-licensed psychiatrist meets with you and your therapist to evaluate whether it could support treatment, and coordinate with the rest of your team for ongoing management. No outside referral needed.

InStride is fully virtual and built to fit around school and work schedules. Most families schedule sessions in the morning, after school, or during a free period. For young adults, sessions fit around class and work. The goal is more presence at school and in life.
Typically four to eight months. Most young people see meaningful progress within the first two months. Treatment is built around real progress, not a fixed calendar.
If our team determines InStride isn't the right fit after the evaluation, we'll tell you and help identify what is. We don't enroll anyone into a program that isn't right for them.
