CBT is widely recommended for youth anxiety and OCD, but understanding what effective, evidence-based CBT looks like is critical for providers and schools.

In this clinician-led webinar, InStride Health therapist supervisor Jennifer Allen, PhD, will review how evidence-based CBT works for children, teens, and young adults ages 7–22. This session will cover key components of effective CBT, including exposure therapy, common clinical presentations, and what to look for when referring or supporting treatment. Attendees will also learn practical ways to support youth receiving CBT through collaborative, coordinated care.
