Anxiety and OCD Treatment That Meets You Where You Are
Going virtual doesn't dilute care, it strengthens it. Across Pennsylvania, your coach supports practice where anxiety and OCD show up, and your three-person care team stays within reach between sessions, working from a single plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is InStride available in Pennsylvania?
Yes. Because InStride's care is fully virtual, a young person anywhere in Pennsylvania can be paired with a licensed specialist. The team is also in-network with major commercial insurers across the state.
What insurance do you accept in Pennsylvania?
InStride is in-network with major commercial insurers in Pennsylvania, including Oscar, ConnectiCare, Oxford Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna, and Amerihealth PA. Because coverage depends on your specific plan, the quickest way to check yours is to apply and book a free call.
Does someone need a diagnosis to apply?
There's no diagnosis required to get started. If there’s any concern, that's reason enough, and our team will complete a full evaluation to determine whether InStride fits. If it doesn't, we'll point you toward a better option.
Will treatment interfere with the school day?
InStride is fully virtual and built to fit around school and work schedules. Most families schedule sessions in the morning, after school, or during a free period. For young adults, sessions fit around class and work. The goal is more presence at school and in life.
How long does treatment last?
Typically four to eight months. Most young people see meaningful progress within the first two months. Treatment is built around real progress, not a fixed calendar.
What if InStride isn't the right fit?
If our team determines InStride isn't the right fit after the free evaluation, we'll tell you and help identify what is. We don't enroll anyone into a program that isn't right for them.
