What does care at InStride Health look like?

Each young person is supported by a dedicated therapist, exposure coach, and psychiatrist who collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.

The program typically lasts four to eight months. They first learn skills for responding differently to anxiety or OCD, then practice using those skills more independently in daily life. A typical week may include individual and family therapy, real-world exposure coaching, peer groups, and caregiver sessions.

Care is most intensive at the beginning, with sessions gradually decreasing as young people build confidence and prepare to graduate.
